I appreciated very well the good looking , the good behvior,and the excellent service of Basma , she came to my room to know if my issue with the water was resolved.

Overal it was very good , I liked the Hotel Guest Relations; her quick reaction and her smiling .The Hotel location is perfect.

There was no dilivery of new papers to the rooms early morning ; and i didnt appreciateonly some bad smelling sometimes coming from the corridor
